  1. Actively prospecting for buyers

    Spring and her team all prospect daily to find a qualified buyer for your home. On average, the team contacts approximately 750 people a week. Her aggressive approach in continually looking for a buyer for your home is what separates her from the rest.
  2. Contacts 250 of your Neighbors

    One of your neighbors probably knows of a buyer for your home. Spring personally contacts 250 of your neighbors to let them know your home is available and to see if they know of anyone that might be interested in moving into your area.
  3. Specialized marketing plan

    Most Realtors® have a 'generic' marketing plan. Spring spends the time, money and energy necessary to be sure your home is marketed for what it has to offer. You can't market an older home the same way you would new construction.
  4. Networking with Top Producers

    Being in the top 7% of all Realtors, Spring understands the importance of working closely with the other Top Producers. Currently only 7% of the Realtors are selling 93% of the homes. Spring networks with these Top Producers on a regular basis to be sure they know your home is available.
  5. Buyers agent

  8. Contact Realtors® with Homes Listed in your Area

    We contact all of the Realtors® who have a listing in your area. We furnish them with the information they need about your home to help them to cross sell any buyers that aren't interested in their listing.
  9. Colonial Sign and Flyer box

    You can expect to see a professional Colonial Sign with a flyer box attached within 48 hours of listing your home with Spring. We also print 200 flyers for your home. The flyer box only holds 50, however it is important to keep the box full. We receive many motivated buyers who call us because of the flyer wanting more information.
  10. Internet Advertising

    When your home is entered into the Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (RMLS), it automatically goes onto Realtor.com, the leading national real estate website. We also feature your home on our website at www.springsteam.com. The Web markets your home internationally. A prospective buyer can access your home from anywhere. We also have an E-mail address so that buyers can respond directly to us.
  11. Past clients

    Spring's large client base makes for a rich source of buyers. Her attractive quarterly mailing showcases her current listings and is a very effective means of drawing buyers. Her past clients recognize the high quality of service and commitment that Spring has to offer and are eager to refer their friends and family members to help sell her listings.
  12. The Real Estate Book

    Recognizing the high quality of buyer calls that come from this national magazine, Spring has committed to a full page advertisement. She showcases her listings with a brief description and a color picture. This magazine is available all around the Portland area and buyers who are planning to relocate here can call and get a copy mailed to them.
  13. Out-of-town buyers

    Spring's connections reach city, state and nationwide. She is the first choice for out-of-town Realtors® who have buyer clients moving to Portland. She is a member of The Dozen Relocation Network, Mike Ferry Superstars, National Association of Realtors® (NAR), and the Oregon Association of Realtors® (OAR). Spring works with other Top Producing Realtors® across North America referring clients back and forth assuring them the same service and commitment she makes to you.
  14. Access thru the Web Page

    Spring has Web Pages to attract buyers. Buyers searching on the Internet can visit any one of her Web Pages and E-mail her direct to obtain more information on a specific listing they saw on the Internet.
  15. Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (RMLS)

    Through the power of the Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (RMLS), Spring essentially hires all Realtors® in the Portland area to find a buyer for your home. Because most buyers work with an agent to find their home, you're able to tap into all home buyers in addition to buyers that Spring generates.
  16. Install Realtors® Lockbox

    Spring will have a lockbox placed on your property to insure the maximum exposure to Realtors® working with buyers looking to purchase a home. She knows from experience the more buyers we can get inside your home, the more offers we can get and consequently the more money we can put in your pocket.
  17. Feedback Fax Memo

    When a Realtor® brings a potential buyer to look at your home, the Realtor® will leave their card. We collect all the cards on a weekly basis. We then fax the Feedback Fax Memo to all the Realtors® to follow up and see what the buyer's thought about your home.
  18. Property Tour

    Your home will be placed on Realtors® property tour. It is an opportunity for Realtors® to preview new listings for their buyers without having to schedule an appointment. Spring uses the RMLS Tour to assure you maximum exposure.
  19. Photographs of your home

    We take 24 digital photographs of your home to be used in various advertisements. The RMLS will allow us to download the best 8 photos into the RMLS, allowing both Realtors® and buyers to view your home's best features from the computer.
  20. Weekly update calls

    You can expect a call at least once a week from us updating you on the progress of our marketing efforts. It is important that we are in close communication to make this as stress free as possible.
