I conduct several searches a day to match any new listings that just came on the market or any homes that have been price reduced that fit your buying criteria.Schedule and viewing of homes
When you select the home(s) you are interested in, we take care of everything. Checking to be sure the property is still available, the time on the market, the sellers motivation, set up a time to view the home, and actually letting you into the home are all taken care of. Once we have found a home you are interested in, we will prepare what we call a comparative market analysis (CMA). This will show you what similar homes are selling for in the area and help us determine what fair market value is on the home. Sometimes on properties, there can be previous unresolved easement issues, title concerns, LP Siding, underground oil tanks, etc. We will mention anything that may be of concern and take care of all necessary research so you know exactly what you are getting into.Write and negotiate the offer
